The Executive Board of Student Corporation, the student government for full and part time students, will vote on a new government structure this week.

The proposed structure will consist of three separate governments – one for full time students, one for part time students, and one for Executive MBA students. The new structure will consist of elected positions for a president and executive vice president for each government.

In addition, there will be an elected position for the part-time Westchester campus. All other positions in the student government (with the exception of first year VP of students) will be chosen by the newly elected president and executive vice president of each new student government.

Regardless of whether this new government is approved by the SCorp Executive Board or not, elections will be held after spring break this year. Look for more details from SCorp in the next week.
