When the temperature climbs above 60 degrees, it's officially spring-time in the city. After a long winter of covering up, Sternies have got that fever and are eager to show off their amazing style.

Rabya Chaudhry, MBA 1

Combine a lumberjack-inspired pattern with a feminine cut and the result is absolutely charming. This is a great example of what I mean by a truly versatile piece; with just the addition of a jacket or tights, you can easily wear this dress from day to night as well as from winter to spring. Rabya looks fresh as a daisy pictured here at the LABA party.

Simon Heather, MBA 1

Simon is known for his individuality. His personality really shines through his look, which is both creative and effortless at the same time. Simon spoke about his style and outfit, (his response to be read in Brit-speak).

OR: How would you describe your style?
SH: Eclectic. I like to find stuff that most people don't have. I don't really think about it too much.

OR: Tell me about your outfit.

SH: Today style is fresh from the sack! This look today is literally: I got out of bed. The hair is true bed head. I just threw this outfit on. This is the first time I've worn this t-shirt.

OR: Tell me about this shirt? Is this the Japan Trek T-shirt?
SH: Yes. Actually, I had a part in design this shirt. I came up with the concept of it: from afar, it's supposed to look like a Japanese flag, but up close there are symbols representative of experiences we had on the trek.

Deborah Garcia, MBA 2

I happen to know that Deb has a great collection of shoes, and these are no exception! That being said, Deb is showing off my current obsession: the exposed zipper. With a great dress and pair of heels, Deb had the right idea to keep it simple with the accessories and let her natural beauty stand out. Deb shared her sense of style and fashion tips.

OR: How would you describe your style?
DG: I like to think of my style as effortless. I only purchase things I really like and put very little thought into throwing my outfits together. I think it is worthwhile to be current, but the way you dress should be a reflection of yourself, not what the industry chooses for you.

OR: I know you are really active in the Luxury and Retail club here at Stern, any quick tips you can give someone who is looking turn up their style?
DG: When shopping: Do not focus on the brands. Focus on the fit and quality. Do not hesitate to splurge on classic items you will wear repeatedly. Buying a solid pair of shoes or a well-crafted bag is wise.

Elena Bourdonnay, MBA 1

You might not think that you can get away with wearing a dress that matches your skin tone. Au contraire! This look was all over the red carpet at the Academy Awards this year. How do you pull off this look? I find it works really well on brunettes and redheads; the contrast of your hair color will prevent you from looking washed-out. Elena shares her style and the story behind her dress.

OR: How would you describe your style?
EB: I try to buy timeless pieces that I know I can wear years later and still feel comfortable wearing it. I would say my style is a combination of being chic and feminine.

OR: Tell me about your outfit.

EB: Because I was celebrating my 30th, I had to go all glammed out. I couldn't really afford to buy anything new so I pulled from my closet. The dress is by Nicole Miller and I call it my Eva Longoria dress because I remember thinking when I tried it on, it was something I could see her wearing. A week later, her character on Desperate Housewives wore the dress!
